After 3 calls, 3 emails and waited an hour and a half viator said they would try to get us a refund. Will see how that turns out. We drove 4 hrs to go on this wine tour for them not to show up and not be able to get a hold of them and mabey get a refund for 5 people. Never will I book with them again.”

A limousine would have been nicer. I sent a list of small wineries to them, and they chose two of the ones on our list, Caroline Cellars and Between the Lines. We had the cheese pairing at Konzelmann Estate Winery which was lovely.”
